Description: You grip the target’s throat and squeeze. Target makes a basic save vs Will. Fail – start suffocating, restrained and take 2d10 damage per round. Crit Fail – start suffocating at twice the normal rate, restrained and double damage each round. Success – restrained and half damage. Crit Success – unaffected. Target can save again at the end of each round.
