Background: As with most psis, Vision’s abilities emerged as a teen. He took to them quickly by killing other teen which had teased him relentlessly for his name and height. The Army pressed him into service early as a result and tried to provide discipline to correct his violent nature. It didn’t work. Prison didn’t work out so well when his teleportation power emerged. The Army figured it would work better to use his talents and nature to more—dark—uses. As his training completed in this area, he was reassigned to “The Project.” Little is known of this “project” other than many of the personnel are psis. His latest assignment paired him with Stephanie Quillen to retrieve a boy, Eric D’Tra’val.
